For orders in Sweden, we offer free shipping.
International EU orders over 150EUR ship free,
Orders under 150EUR ship for 19EUR
We ship with different logistic companies such as DHL, Postnord, Schenker etc., delivery time can vary but usually, it takes 1-3 days within Sweden and 3-5 days in EU countries. Packages will be delivered to the nearest post office.
Orders placed before 11.00 on a business day are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11.00 or on a weekend or holiday are usually shipped the next business day. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.

All exchanges and refunds for unopened items must be made within 14 days of purchase with an invoice.
If you don't have an invoice or it has exceeded 14 days, but you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us; we would be pleased to assist you.
Returns should be made within 14 days after the delivery of your purchase. The product should have to be unopened and undamaged. The customer covers the return shipping cost. If you are in need of an extended time for return, please contact us.
The right to return does not apply to custom-made products and food.
